Nikki Cates is a Structural Recalibration Strategist, Army veteran, public intellectual, and the founder and CEO of Strategic Transformations. With two decades of operational leadership experience, she has built a practice at the intersection of organizational health, AI adoption, and the human systems that hold workplaces together, particularly the mid-level leaders most responsible for holding it all up.
